Navy Midshipmen vs. the East Carolina Pirates

I had the great opportunity to photograph the Navy Midshipmen vs. East Carolina Pirates football game on September 19th, 2015 in Annapolis MD. This was a special day for me in that it was my first “away” college game that I would cover as well as my first visit to the amazing Navy football field. September 19th was also my birthday and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate my special day than doing what I love which is photographing my favorite sport.

The Atmosphere

Fans and supporters of both teams were out in full force, from the mascots to the bands to the cheerleaders.
